Ep. 34: Sustainable Development Goal Expert, Green-Sports Consultant Céline Mulrean on the State of the SDG Scoreboard

0

Céline Mulrean is uniquely positioned to consult on and speak about the UN’s 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Globally speaking, she is truly a citizen of the world, holding both French and American passports, calls Rome home, and has lived in ten countries on three continents. As far as the SDGs are concerned, Mulrean brings a strong background in sustainable policymaking and law, as well as extensive practical experience in advocacy, strategic planning and network development to her work that focuses on ways to accelerate progress on reaching those UN global development objectives. Much of her work has been sports-based because she sees its massive power to drive and accelerate social change.

And speaking of sports, we are happy to talk with Mulrean in this episode of GreenSportsPod about the SDG scoreboard, meaning how is humanity doing against the 17 goals, including goal #13, Climate Action. The time is certainly right, given that we are fast approaching the end of this most important ‘game’ in 2030. Click here to give a listen. Let us know what you think and please share!
